Has anyone run NCSA Telnet successfully with a Western Digital
Ethercard Plus 16?  We run fine on the 8 bit card, but the
16 bit cards responds with a hardware ethernet address
of FF:FF:FF:FF:FF or FF:FE:FF:FF:FF (as seen from our
ARP tables).
