Is there a readily-available and free filter designed to let a
PostScript printer be used as a line printer with the BSD lpr package?
I envision something that eats the normal stuff lpr would send to a
printer and wraps it in a nice postscript thing, perhaps with some
flexibility like 2-up printing.
