I am looking for a program that will convert HPGL code to the Tektronix
4010/4014 format, as used by Kermit and NCSA Telnet. I need this so that I can 
prepare our network schematic and have our network users see it on their
terminals (PCs running either NCSA Telnet or Kermit 3).
