For ANSI C _users_ (as opposed to implementors) also check out: "Software Engineering in C" by Peter Darnell & Phillip Margolis, Springer-Verlag, ISBN 0-387-96574-2 or 3-540-96574-2 There are appendices describing the ANSI C runtime library, syntax, implementation limits and the differences between ANSI and K&R C.
