The drive is no longer working, and I tried calling their customer support line (214- 669-3999). I got a recorded message saying I had dialed in error. So I called 214-555-1212 and found out that the company is _not_ located in Dallas or is unlisted. Can anyone help? I would like to get this drive fixed while it's still within the warranty period.
