There are a few. The most common is Matt Dillon's UUCP version 1.06. There is also JDCP. Both of these may be found on various bbs's and ftp sites. Dillon's docs seem to be "sufficiently complete". They ARE good enough to get one setup (you simply have to follow the "SlowSetup" document. Of course, the software is just the half of it. You'll also need what's called a "feed site". In your case, this is a modem connection to another system that handles UUCP (typically some University). You need to talk to the person who's responsible for handling this sort of thing and see if they'll set you up with a special account on their system.
