	I've been trying to install the PasTeX (TeX 3.0) from abcfd20,
	but the archive didn't include any docs about initex and
	virtex. I have the docs for building TeX in Unix, but how do I
	make the executable TeX using Amiga Virtex? I've made
	plain.fmt using initex (it's in TEX:formats), what next?
