As far as the sound support goes, I haven't done that much testing, but according to the documentation, some sounds may produce undesirable results. In any case, I don't think one should expect them to be too close to what they are on a real Mac, given the vast differences in the sound hardware. I guess since the Mac Plus (which A-Max emulates) only has mono sound, Simon Douglas may have decided to use only the left sound channel. This seems to be more of a design decision, rather than a bug.
