Hello,
 
I am not meaning to be discourteous or a pain, but, as a new user of Internet,
I am curious as to one certain rule.  IN all the documentation I have read about
Internet, and all the associated networks, it is stated that the NUMBER ONE
misuse of the system is commercial advertising, and that those that do so should
be reported.  Now, I could care less either way, but is this rule in effect, and
if so, is it enforced?  The only thing that prompted this is that I DO see a lot
of advertising on this list and others...
