I used to work at a CBS affiliate in West "by god" Virginia. I haven't been with them for 4 years now. 3 years ago I bought a A1000. I talked to one of my friends there soon after this and told him that he should browbeat the tightwade owner into getting a A2000. How he got this done I really don't know but about a year ago they bought a 2500 w/7meg. I talked to him about 3 months after this and he was moderately pleased with the 2500. I asked him if he had seen DPaint_III or Turbo Silver....no?? Sent him some DPIII/TS stuff and the station got the programs. He went/is nuts now with 3d animations. Someone sent a tape of one of the news shows into CBS. CBS was so impressed with the opening (done with TS) that they are going to include it in a demo reel that they will play for all their affiliates at their annual meeting. It is going to serve as an example of low cost/high quality *IN HOUSE* graphics. I will keep all AMIGITES posted on this. There maybe a need for AMIGA- competents at your local CBS stations after this meeting.(!)
