I almost hate to jump in and confuse matters, but I notice that in yesterdays Electronic Buyers News, Micron has finally started advertising their 16 bit wide DRAMs. They have a 64Kx16 DRAM in either a 40 pin ZIP or a 40 pin SOJ.
