hai, ya'll.

I've downloaded al long time ago the ftpd at osf.berkely.edu which did
not require the chroot() call.
Since then I've fixed some bugs, and added a feature to log the actions of
anonymous users.

If you've retreived my FTPD version before 4 sept 90, 16:00, you are
urged to retreive a new version.
