Two possible solutions:

1.  A utility does exist for converting PFS: File data into some standard
    format.  I do not have a copy, but perhaps some other kind soul does.

2.  Print the entire file through, say, an SSC (Super Serial Card).  Instead of
    connecting the serial cable to a printer, though, plug it right into the
    back of some other machine (depends on hardware of other machine).  I had
    great success using this technique to transfer PFS: File data onto a DEC
    mainframe.  I made the DEC think the Apple was just another terminal.
