I don't think it's possible to transfer a 1.2Mb 3.5 (considering they don't exitst :) I assume you mean a 1.44meg 3.5? (1.2megs are the High density 5.25" disks). Anyway, unless the new AE 1.4Mb drive is compatible with the 1.44Mb disks that have been formatted on a true 1.44meg drive, it won't be possible to transfer files from a 1.44Mb ms-dos disk to ProDOS (using ProDOS). As far as program existing for transfering ms-dos 720k disk files to prodos, I haven't heard of any, but it's definately possible to do.
