Hutchison and Steven B. Just. I own "The C Programming Language" by Kernighan/Ritchie but it's not exactly a tutorial. "Programming .." not only gives lots of examples and instructions but is very "generic". I use it for programming with Manx Aztec C on my Apple // and C on the Vax 780.
