First there is PEGASUS, which only works with bitmaps of 640x400 size. It does it's job perfectly including all types of mod-tools, which are needed for this kind of work. The second PRG is TMS Vektor, which runs also with larger bitmaps, but doesn't seem to work optimal, because the vectorized PIC's look not so close to the original. They are both available in Germany only.
