On the unix-pc 3b1

I wondering how to use the vtem program from ohio-state.
I install the pty drivers but don't not know how to apply
vtem.  I wan't to run a vt100 window and then run
pcomm.  Is there a way to do it.

I assume you just can't run vtem and all I get is the lines
