THE PROBLEM:

I am looking for a product to exchange wordprocessing files between:

		- Microsoft Word (Mac and PC)
		- WordPerfect (Mac and PC)
		- Mass-11
		- FrameMaker (Mac, UNIX)
		- Interleaf

A (Partial) SOLUTION?:

An interesting product I have found is:

		D.E.S.  (Document Exchange System)

		from:  Systems Compatibility Corporation

This seems to transfer files between the first three of the
wordprocessors listed above (among others).

Anyone have any experience with DES?  I'd like to know:

    - How good is the conversion?  Is the document look and content
	  preserved?
	- Is customer support from SCC any good?
	- Other comments?


ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Any suggestions of other products I can try?  I would particularly like
to bring FrameMaker into the loop.
