DEC has been shipping Mountain 8mm units to the more voluble of their angry customers (those who expected their 4mm units from DEC last June), so DEC better support the Mountain 8mm unit. From what I gather, there are quite a few 8mm units that Field Service may support -- not sure about classification (ie, class A, B, or C).
