I apologize if this is an inappropriate use of this list, but I am
interested in hearing of anyone's experiences in using an alterative
hardware maintenance service to HP's.  In particular, we have sufficient
in-house service capability and redundancy in components that we could
operate with a reasonably priced parts swap service.

Any information on this would be much appreciated.
