We have just purchased a new DAT tape system for use with our backups.  Sadly,
we have been delayed in our ability to install hp-ux 7.0 as certain key 
software has not been ported beyond 6.5 yet. The question is, has anyone been
able to  install a DAT tape on a hp9000/300 class machine at hp-ux 6.5 or are
we hosed til December (when we go to 7.0). The response center indicates the
latter.
