I have a file whose header says `(This file must be converted with
BinHex 4.0)'.  Can this conversion take place on an IBM PC compatible?
If so, where can I find the program to do it?  If not, is it possible
to grab BinHex for the Mac from an ftp site, download it to a PC, and
then get it to a Mac?
