I have the call waiting disable feature on my phone to accomidate my modem and I use the *70 code to enable it. I have a personal problem with this. (This might be better handled in the telcom news group). I don't understand why in my case I have to pay Ma Bell to have the ability to disable what is already and option that I'm paying for. I think its crazy. I can't do much about it since it's certainly cheaper than installing a separate phone line. How many others in net land get charged for this bogus additional service???? srm -- Scott R.
