I figured I could just delete these files and then copy over the new ones. (I used XTREE to change the read-only attribute.) Well, it didn't quite work right, and now, I can't even get my old system files back on. I get an error message, 'Insufficent disk space', or something like that. My guess is I somehow overwrote the specific disk sectors where my BIOS expects to find DOS on bootup. Does anyone know of a way for me to re-install DOS without having to backup my whole hard-disk, re-format it, SYS it, and restore all the files? Thanks! -AZ --
