Hello Net Users

I have a '386 machine that requires I boot up in slow-speed mode.  I then step
up to a higher speed by simultaneously hitting control-alt-plus a number of
times, then run my application.

Does anyone know if there is a program in the public domain that I can put at
the end of my AUTOEXEC.BAT file to do this automatically?
