We've just installed Orchid's faxmodem with faxgate plus software.
Works with Quickmail so that any user can send faxed just like s/he
can send email.  Also includes several-user pack to send documents
from any application the same way.  Like backfax, but integrated with
email system and multi-user.
We've only had it a couple weeks, but it's already seen a lot of use.
