My 4 1/2 year old likes KidsTime and KidsMath by Great Wave. My 7 year old adores Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego (Broderbund) and is getting into Number Maze (Great Wave). (He also loves Tetris.) MacPaint is always fun, and teaches the Mac interface pretty well.
