Sure.  You just have to change your Ethernet board.  :-)

Seriously, though - not really.  Each manufacturer is issued a range of
Ethernet addresses for their products, and this address is supposed to
be irrevocably built into the given product.  Thus, it's difficult if
not impossible to change.
