I have the latest (?) version of the 'Super Duper GradeBook' stack available
here.  Also have a shareware GradeBook application 'GradeBook 2.3'.

The names are 'GradeBook.sit' and 'Gradebook 2.3.s'

BTW:  The stack is also shareware.
