It looks like SuperCard sets the cursor to the arrow whenever there is a mousedown in the menu bar (not done from a script, I traced). So, if you set the cursor to busy, lock the cursor, and mouse down in the menu bar without selecting anything, the cursor will change to the arrow. It's not a big deal, but it kind of defeats the lockcursor feature. perhaps I could change the cursor to whatever I wanted on mousedown of each menu?
