When using giffer or gif converter to change a gif format
file to pict, often the color pallet changes and the picture
ends up looking just awful.

The solution was posted on the net quite a while ago
but I cannot find it.  It had something to do with changing
the clut (or glut) resource, I believe.

Any help is appreciated.
