Message-ID: <4560@crystal9.UUCP> Date: 5 Sep 90 22:03:55 GMT Distribution: comp Organization: Motorola Inc., Cellular Infrastructure Div., Arlington Heights, IL Lines: 17 When using giffer or gif converter to change a gif format file to pict, often the color pallet changes and the picture ends up looking just awful. The solution was posted on the net quite a while ago but I cannot find it. It had something to do with changing the clut (or glut) resource, I believe. Any help is appreciated. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= = John DeRosa, Motorola, Inc, Cellular Infrastructure Division = = e-mail: ...uunet!motcid!derosaj = = motcid!derosaj@uunet.uu.net = = Applelink: N1111 = = I do not hold by employer responsible for any information in this message = = nor am I responsible for anything my employer may do or say. = =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=
