Message-ID: <1990Sep5.221831.8444@midway.uchicago.edu> Date: 5 Sep 90 21:15:37 GMT Sender: news@midway.uchicago.edu (News Administrator) Organization: University of Chicago Graduate School of Business Lines: 19 ------ A friend of mine is setting up an AppleShare network in his lab. He's going to have an SE/30 with maybe a 430 meg (that's right, 430 meg) hard disk. He's curious if increasing the SE/30's RAM from say 2 (minimum for System 7) to 5 or 8 megs will better AppleShare's performance, or does it really not matter? Any info much appreciated!
