Hello,

A person who perhaps will buy a Mac Portable asked me to pose these questions
to owners of Mac Portable:

1. Apple claims that the portable will operate from battery for 8-10 hours.
   Is this true in everyday usage, or did your Mac operate for longer/shorter
   times ?
2. Do you recommend to buy the Portable with the numeric keypad and mouse,
   or with the trackball. Are there any applications (e.g. vt100 terminal-
   emulation) which need the keypad?
