The hack of copying ALRT -3996 from the System file into Think C then
changing it's default button works great.  When I'm cruising along on the
keyboard it really *is* an interruption to reach for the mouse.

Two caveats: make sure you get rid of the DITL -3996 that ResEdit creates
automatically when you paste the ALRT into Think C.  Big chunks if you
don't.  Also, please only do this to a private copy of Think C -- not to
one which others might use also.  The ability to customize your Mac
is often a boon to you and a bane to others.
