When I am printing a font in a large size, 4"(288 pts) or
larger, the imagewriter does a form feed before printing
the output.  This problem occurrs on both a Mac + and a
Mac SE.  Both machines are running system 6.0.4 and have
4 meg of RAM.  When smaller font sizes are used, there is
no leading form feed before the output.
