Your dealer should be able to get a copy for you. There are a few bugs fixed in 6.0.5, but a lot of people would tell you not to bother with the upgrade. I believe that is Apple's position, but I don't speak for them. The new system software, without any documentation, is available on apple.apple.com for anonymous ftp.
