I am looking for the above programs. I would be very grateful if someone could
post the locations where they can be found or mail them to me, if they're not
too large (<200kB).

I am also looking for two fonts:
the Postscript escape font, which enables you to insert PS commands in any
text output program and Abernathy, which is (I think) a shareware font.
