Please send these to me if you're using my PDC library. I was in the middle
of doing similar things (you'll notice that VAX assembly code is already
#ifdef'd in for the VAX case) for the NS32K. If we can merge our changes, I
can release them with my next posting of libc.a (I've made a number of
other changes as well).
