In TUGboat, Volume 10 (1989), No. 3, Frank Mittelbach presents an
environment for multicolumn output (``mulitocols'').  I can not see how one
is to obtain the source code for his environment.  Has anyone obtained
source code for this environment?  I am somewhat desparate for such a
capability!
