Does anybody know where I can find documentation for PRELOAD?  PRELOAD is a
supposedly public domain utility that is bundled (along with LaTeX) with
the CBTS CML product.  It is supposed to enable you to preload TeX fonts
into a Ln03 printer to save printing time.
