i received four responses to my inquiry on annotated bibliography
styles. i've put them in a tar/compressed file and made it available
for anon ftp from

	ftp.cs.ucla.edu:pub/annote.tar.Z

unfortunately, i deleted author identification information from two
of them. if those persons get in touch with me, i'll make the updated
information available in the anon ftp file.
