We have purchased an AVIV AB 8202 dual Exabyte system for our DECsystem
5840. This device pretends to be a 2 TU81-E tapes (you can also connect
a real TU81 to it) and connects tru a DEC KLESI-B BI-bus adapter to the
BI bus of the 5840. 

Upon booting, the 5840 says:
 klesib at vaxbie node 3 failed to initialize!
(the KLESI-B is in BI slot "node" 3) but the klesi-b's self control
LED's are on. In fact, we had the board checked by DEC service.

The AVIV manual is not much of a help, since it't basically written for
VMS people.

Anybody got similar problems?
