We are running SCO 2.3.3 on an Acer '386 (25MHz).  The disk
system is DPT (512K) + Micropolis 1355 (ESDI).

Occasionally I come in in the morning and I find:

panic:  No FS

safe to power off
mash any key to reboot


Has anyone seen this before?  Any ideas as to what causes it?
