This was compiled under SCO XENIX 2.3.2. An earlier posting about monitor could have been interpreted to make me appear as the author. This is not true at all. Monitor was written by J.C. Tomkin (jct@jct.UUCP). I am only redistributing his orignal 286 code and the 386 patch by a 3rd party.
