	The bottom line is that Word 5.0 appears to be unable to recognize
its screen driver when invoked from Windows 3.0 in 386 enhanced mode (Error
message:  Not a valid SCREEN.VID), but has no difficulties at all when
invoked from Windows 3.0 in standard mode (runs like a dream).  Why is that,
and -- even better -- what's the fix?
