My Windows 3.0 is exhibiting strange symptoms which no one seems to be able
to solve.  Whenever I move my mouse accross a screen that has blue, underscores
appear to the right on the screen.  The same problem occurs with green, but to
a lesser extent.

I use a logitech bus mouse and have tried the MS driver and the logitech
driver.  I own a Trident SVGA monitor, but operate in standard VGA mode.

The problem stays no metter what I do.  Can anyone please help??
