I am looking for the file HELPCOMP.EXE that is supposed to be a front-end
for HELPMAKE.EXE, a help-file building facility.  The MSJ May 1990 issue
mentions it available on the MSJ bbs, but I haven't been able to contact two
and the one that I was able to contact didn't have it.  Has anybody seen
such a beast?  On a related item, which arpa host has the MSJ sources?
