I am running Windows 3.0 in enhanced mode on a QS16 with no problems.
I've got 4 Mbyte RAM and the standard HP VGA display and card (don't
know if it's OEMed from Paradise).  I just did the regular install with
no tricks (like excluding areas in the adapter segment).
