Can anybody explain why snfstruct.h is located in mit/server/ddx/snf
rather than mit/server/include?  If one wishes to build fonts without
the server, the current location makes it a pain.  Moving it in with the
server includes makes you have to carry less baggage.  Maybe not too
many people need to do this, but I would like to know if its current
location was chosen for some reason I don't see.
