In the termcap entry for xterm that comes with X11R4, we find the values:

	k1=\EOP:k2=\EOQ:k3=\EOR:k4=\EOS

These values are also given in the terminfo entry.

The problem is that these values don't get sent by F1-F4.  As far as I
can see, F4 will always send out a \E[14~.

Am I missing something, or are the termcap/terminfo entries just
wrong?
